Investments and Strategy
The Investment and Strategy Team is responsible for project development, investment analysis, business planning and performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives including sustainability. The Team is responsible for driving revenues and company growth by securing tower site allocations from Mobile Network Operators (Globe, Smart, Dito) with a target growth tower pipeline of 5,000 towers in 5 years, strengthening the relationship with clients, and ensuring investment profitability
The Investment and Strategy Team is a data-driven team with keen interest in market insights. The team enjoys solving tough, complex business and operational problems and coming up with long-term solutions and strategies for the business. The team focuses on a variety of strategic “missions” from planning, increasing revenues, setting up new project initiatives, and execution of company projects
