The Team:
The Investment and Strategy Team is responsible for project development, investment analysis,
business planning and performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives
The Investment Team is responsible for driving revenues by securing tower site allocations from
Mobile Network Operators (Globe, Smart, Dito), strengthening the relationship with clients, and
ensuring investment profitability
The Investment and Strategy Team is a data-driven team with keen interest in market insights.
The team enjoys solving tough, complex business and operational problems and coming up with
long-term solutions and strategies for the business
The team focuses on a variety of strategic “missions” from planning, increasing revenues, setting
up new project initiatives, and execution of company projects

Business Origination & Development Principal
DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES
Lead the Deal Origination, Negotiation, and Execution process of the Master Lease Agreement
with Globe Telecom, Smart Communications and/or DITO Telecommunity taking into account
the commercial aspect.
Provide commercial, financial and risk management advice as well as origination, structuring and
execution services to the company.
Deliverables include advice and execution on business proposals, business cases, funding and
financing strategies, pricing, and market engagement.
The job also entails developing, advising on and executing high value, complex commercial
transactions; conducting and overseeing financial model analysis and due diligence processes;
managing external technical advisers (if needed); commercial structuring; structured financing;
and negotiating the long term commercial contracts.
Collaboration and communication with stakeholders across all levels of the business to implement
recommendations
Evaluation of opportunities and issues; development of potential action plans
Analysis of operational and market data to derive insights and recommendations
Problem-solving sessions where people debate and discuss how they are thinking about the
problem at hand
Project management and tracking to achieve set goals
Build, develop and present various analysis and scenarios to key business stakeholders
Lead financial reviews with various business leaders in support of deal structure, acquisition
price, discount rate
Spearhead collaboration between groups to develop business plans and valuation support as part
of new product development activities.
Provide thoughtful and comprehensive financial analyses to stakeholders, leveraging various data
sources to drive informed decisions within the Company.

REQUIREMENTS
Solid quantitative and analytics skills, ability to work well with ambiguity, and strong execution
focus
Exemplify initiative, intelligence, strong attention to detail, and integrity in striving for
continuous improvement.
Clear written and oral communication and story lining skills; able to make concise and impactful
reports or slides as necessary (i.e. Canva is a plus)
Proven experience in leading teams and working in teams
Practical business sense and a passion for trying different things; willingness to do learn and do things out of comfort zone
Real-world experience in ideating and implementing initiatives that have directly contributed to an organization’s key objectives and goals
Prior experience with valuations and/or transaction services, using DCF, multiples analysis, NPV to understand, evaluate and compare opportunities.
Strong grasp of financial concepts (IRR, NOI, Cap Rate, DCF, ROI etc); working knowledge of
GAAP principles and P&L impacts preferred
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees effectively and professionally to achieve results.
Be a strategic, agile, and responsive partner in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related major required; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business environment in a financial analysis or accounting role required.
CFA or CPA, Big 4 candidate is a plus.
Management Trainee / Interns
What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities
Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties within the department.
Assist with marketing and project development documentations
Research and analyze strategic initiatives within the division
Perform research on best practices and make recommendations to improve company processes
Perform industry research and develop a competitive analysis report on competitor announcements and product/solution offerings. Present report and findings to team leadership.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need - Qualifications & Requirements
Current enrollment in a 4-year college degree program with major in business, accounting, marketing, finance, commerce, economics preferred but not required;
Fresh Graduates and <1 year relevant experience are open to apply.
Ability to conduct industry research and analysis, assimilate and present findings to company leaders.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.
Strong analytical skills; ability to digest and analyze data sets
Demonstrated knowledge and beginner proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
